Part of being a Man of God is instilling confidence in a child; providing a healthy male figure in their life that testifies of God the Father and builds a Christ-centered community that strengthens, empowers, and surrounds them. Tool Time provided a great opportunity to showcase this passion of our church to see men activated in their true identity. The response of volunteers ready to build up young kids through the world of tools was astonishing. There were so many men actively present and engaged. The kids raved about their experience and learned they were created to do hard things.
In some ways the activity was small and simple, but the experience of reinforcing positive encouragement coming from a man of God is a priceless marker anchored in a child’s life. We could not be more grateful for how God is calling and maturing so many men at Kingship.Â
If you are ready to lean into your activation, consider joining a men’s or women’s group this spring starting after Easter. We encourage you to get into the Bible and start studying it with others. We can become activated in Christ when we know His Word and live it out.   Â
