We want each individual to live out the values of the church. When we say we want to equip all, we mean it; teaching and giving them the tools to go out and do the work of the Kingdom. And do it well. God calls all of us to reach others as part of our own purpose and identity in His Kingdom.

This means our church culture is not directed towards a speaker but through servant leadership we are committed to equipping the whole church to relationally make disciples in their own lives.
